Since 1,850 the Alfaro family has cultivated coffee with
dedication and a vision: to combine the traditional ways as
to innovate to produce quality crops, lead by Fernando
Alfaro, Alfacomer’s efforts are aimed to produce
exceptional specialty coffee, from the early stages of
cultivation, growing to the harvesting and processing that
ensures quality and consistency each time.
El Tanque State, located in the San Salvador Volcano in the
capital city of El Salvador is growing multiple varieties such
as Bourbon, Pacamara, Castillo and Pacas.
