Produced by a community of women farmers in Ans, one of Maghrab Ans’s most recognised sub-regions in Dhamar, this Nano Lot showcases the Kent variety cultivated at 1,850–2,100 metres. Entered into Qima’s Farmer Series and crafted through the Natural process, the lot delivers a layered cup of baked apples, baking spice, citrus brightness, black tea, and delicate florals. It represents both the resilience of women-led farming in Yemen and the enduring legacy of the Kent variety within highland terroirs.
